Match problems
Cancelled matches and incomplete settles.
Match cancelled
Why: Host left before start, not enough ready players, or the lobby expired.
Fix: For paid lobbies, check Wallet activity for a refund. Then start or join a new lobby.
Retry: After any refund shows (paid), or immediately (free).
Support: Entry taken with no refund after cancellation — include tx ids.
Actions rejected / game stuck
Why: Moved out of turn, outdated screen, or the match already ended.
Fix: Wait a moment for the board to update; refresh the room once.
Retry: After the board looks current. If the match ended, use the result / claim UI.
Rewards missing after a win
Why: Claim not finished, wrong account, or settle still processing.
Fix: Follow Playing → Rewards and Wallet claims.
Retry: From Wallet → pending wins after the result screen.
Support: Include lobby id, game id, and any claim tx ids.
