Insufficient balance

Why: Cached or true on-chain balance is below entry / withdraw amount.

Fix: Deposit USDCx to your custodial address; wait for confirmation; refresh Wallet.

Retry: After Hiro shows the deposit; allow a short cache delay (about a few minutes max).

Why: Stacks tx is in mempool or awaiting confirmations; UI is waiting on Hiro.

Fix: Keep the tab open or note the tx id on a explorer. Do not start a conflicting second join/withdraw for the same intent.

Retry: After the tx succeeds or fails definitively. Never assume a dropped tx succeeded.

Why: Network congestion or indexer lag.

Fix: Wait; verify tx status on Hiro / explorer. Refresh balance/claims afterward.

Retry: Soft retry of status check anytime; avoid rebroadcasting unless the app explicitly offers it after failure.

Why: Match settle not finished, claim intent not yet issued, or vault claim tx not submitted.

Fix: Open Wallet → pending wins; run claim again. Confirm you are the recipient.

Retry: After settle UI appears; space retries by a minute if the chain is slow.

Support: Confirmed winning match, settle UI shown, claim tx confirmed, balance never moved.
